The intelligent suspension electronic controller (ECU) developed and designed by Keyi International has vehicle-level reliability, adopts the optimized SH-ADD control algorithm, and has the characteristics of full-frequency optimal control, millisecond-level fast response and low energy consumption.

The controller integrates a 32-bit high-performance processor, MRD coil drive and six-axis inertial sensor, supports PSI5 and CAN-FD communication, and supports ISO26262 ASIL-B safety level requirements in terms of functional safety.

1. System Features

The system adopts a modeled and modularized platform control strategy to develop the functional software of the electronically controlled suspension system, which can help customers to realize various functions such as vehicle motion attitude calculation, vertical vibration control, body height control and vehicle communication, etc. Provide matching calibration service.


2. Functional safety

It supports ISO26262 ASIL B safety level and meets the application requirements of magnetorheological systems and air spring systems.


3. Software and hardware features

Software development follows ASPICE process system and ISO26262 development process requirements, which can realize comprehensive management and traceability of requirements, designs, models, codes, and tests.

  The controller hardware adopts a development scheme with high integration, good adaptability and easy expansion of functions, and adopts a new generation of 32-bit high-performance processors. The hardware design is compatible with the main chip of higher sequence, and supports the expansion of computing power and memory resources. . The powerful power management chip can provide important guarantee for the safe operation of the whole system, and also has the function of periodically waking up the system. The controller integrates a six-axis inertial sensor chip, and reserves various types of sensor signal acquisition input channels. In terms of output, there are 4-8 output channels.


4. Mechanical structure

The mechanical structure design adopts a separate installation scheme, taking into account the needs of hardware PCB layout and heat dissipation. It can meet the working environment temperature of -40℃ ~ 85℃ and IP6K9K dustproof and waterproof performance level.
