Cosmartor International Smart Suspension Technology Company was established in September 2021. Its core technology comes from the magneto-rheological suspension research team of the School of Vehicle and Mobility at Tsinghua University and the SH-ADD suspension control research team of the Department of Automation at Politecnico di Milano. The magneto-rheological smart suspension system senses and controls the vehicle body attitude in milliseconds, achieving an ultimate driving experience for the entire vehicle. As a pioneer in the field of magneto-rheological smart suspensions in China, Cosmartor International insists on independent innovation and has achieved full-stack independent research and development of core products. It is the only supplier of smart suspension systems in the world with a complete technology chain of MRF+MRD+ECU+SW. Core products include suspension controllers and application layer software, magneto-rheological dampers, air spring bladders and suspension systems, and magneto-rheological fluids.

Currently, Cosmartor International has built a semi-automatic flexible production line for magneto-rheological fluids and magneto-rheological dampers with a scale of 100,000 sets per year. The production capacity of magneto-rheological fluids reaches 150,000 liters per year, and the production capacity of magneto-rheological dampers reaches 400,000 pieces per year. The company holds a complete patent portfolio for MRF/MRD/suspension electronic control series technologies and has passed the IATF 16949:2016 certification. It has also been recognized as a national-level high-tech enterprise.

The company's main cooperation customers include well-known automakers such as FAW Hongqi, Changan, BYD, and ZEEKR. It has already delivered aftermarket and modified products for Tesla Model 3/Model Y, Tank 300, and General Motors series models.

Currently, the company is in a rapid development stage. Besides the existing production base in Qingdao, it is also building a modern smart factory in Nanhu District, Jiaxing. This factory will mainly produce magneto-rheological dampers and system assembly for the front-end market. Additionally, an air spring production line is under construction in Guizhou and is expected to go into production soon.
